The following terms and conditions are related to Findachannel.com, The Web's Favourite TV Channel Guide. Upon purchasing pixels (i.e. your advert that will be displayed on the homepage), you have agreed and must adhere to the following terms laid out:
Findachannel.com's direct purpose is for TV channels from around the world to advertise their TV channel's logo, on our homepage, which will directly link to their website/channel. To place an advert on Findachannel.com a TV channel must
purchase an alotted area to display their advert. The alotted area(s) are in the form of pixel blocks. 100 pixels make up a 10 x 10 block. The smallest advert equates to one block. At least one block must be purchased. Please read the following terms and conditions:

FEES:

SPECIAL OFFER! - First 10 channels that apply, will get their advert online at the SPECIAL OFFER Price of $1.00 per pixel. The advert will be limited to 25 blocks. (The value of the advert will equate to $2,500).
These adverts exclude the Golden Square area.
Once the first 10 adverts have been placed, then the standard fee for advertising on the site will apply at $5 per pixel - $500 per block with no limitations on how may blocks purchased.
The Golden Square is the premium advertising area and the Golden Square fee is $10 per pixel - $1,000 per block with no limitation within this area and can be purchased any time.

TERM:
Your advert will be on line for 5 years (starting from the date your advert is uploaded subject to payment received and cleared).
At the end of the 5 year term you will be sent a renewal notice and entitled to first refusal on renewing your advertisment. An email will be sent
out to you with the apppropriate details.

TERMS OF USE:
When you buy pixels you will not own any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 5 years.
The only exception is if you have a strong case why you need to change your image/link e.g. Your site/company no longer exists, major structural changes to your site, lawsuits etc.
If your image and link are accepted and published on the home page, you cannot get a refund.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again.
Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels).
Images must be in GIF or JPEG format and a reasonable size.
Images must NOT be animated.
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the home page.
Once you have ordered your pixels and the funds have cleared (eg. Paypal or bank account), we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48 hours.

COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit ie the names, images and logos/icons identifying your tv channel, your tv channel's associated companies or third parties and their products and services
are proprietory marks of your channel, it's associated companies and/or third parties.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right under any trademark or patent of your
channel, it's associated companies or any other third party.
All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in this site (including the design, arrangement, look and feel) and all material or contents applied as part of the site, shall remain at all times the property of Findachannel.com
or Findachannel.com's advertisers.
In accessing Findachannel.com you agree that you do so only for your own personal, non commercial use.
You may not agree to, permit or assist in any way any third party to copy, reproduce, download, post, store (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in anyway the material or content without Findachannel.com's prior written permission.
When accessing this site, you as the user are only allowed to click the links to the desired TV channel.

If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels/advert.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material, then your link will be removed.
No offensive or illegal material is accepted as already stated and therefore no refund of any kind will be made.
